I thoroughly enjoyed the details, like food and rooms, they were pleasant. Sports bar was nice and reasonably priced.

Wi-Fi connection was weak, made me a little nervous.

Nicely appointed, overall clean place and relatively quiet area. Brand-new and bright units with a view over the harbour.

My room was airy, spotless and I met enthusiastic staff, we had helpful communication. The full English breakfast was marvellous and adequate, lots of options.

The place is truly exceptional and reasonably clean, everything is very clean, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Very special location, just walking distance from Cscape Art. There is a lovely restaurant a few steps away from hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, superb stay. Everything was great, however a few employees were dirty. Cosy hotel located short walk to the harbour, the old port of Charlestown and bars.

Breakfast was plentiful, beds were lovely.

The breakfast was gorgeous, the staff was particularly helpful, the grounds were exceptionally clean. Our room had a comfortable bed and a great view. It was immaculate and had essentials we needed. 10 minutes walk to a bus stop.

We enjoyed the hotel and quite old decor, it was a fantastic experience.

I loved this lively hotel. Interesting building, neat and comfortable bedroom. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. The al fresco restaurant was top notch with lots of meals in the menu. Late check-out too...

Think that Pier House is beyond compare. Besides, free parking was appreciated. It's metres from Harbourside Inn, good for a little drink.

Very clean rooms, welcoming staff, perfect location - greatly enjoyed it! The breakfast was COMPREHENSIVE - plenty of food. Everything created a good atmosphere. The service was excellent too.

The view from the window was wonderful. Rashleigh Arms, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
